Check-in: The apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival!
Check-out: On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m.
- Breakfast is available from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m.

Changed once per stay (1 week).
All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and internet access (free of charge).
The front door and ski room can both be opened with the code (2016).
We ask you not to lock the front door.
Skis, ski boots, snowboards, snowboard boots, or mountain boots must be stored in the ski room next to the front door, where there is also a boot dryer. We ask you not to lock the front door.
Pets are not allowed!
If you arrive home after 10 p.m., we ask you to be considerate of other guests and to be quiet.
Since we have very strict waste separation laws, we ask that you please separate your waste and place it in the designated bins. Failure to comply will unfortunately result in additional charges.
Parties with non-residents are not permitted.
Compensation must be paid for any damage that occurs during your stay.
We cannot accept liability for valuables or other property. Each room is equipped with a safe.
Credit cards cannot be accepted.
In summer we charge a deposit of 20%.
In autumn and winter we charge a deposit of 30%.

If you lose your room key, you will be charged €70 for replacement.
On your day of departure, we ask you to leave your apartment by 9:00 a.m. at the latest, in the same condition as you found it. Please leave your key in the office or in the kitchen.
We guarantee you the best price for your booked apartment if you book directly through our website.
We accept cash, VISA, Master Card and Maestro for payment. Please check your card limits before you travel. There are usually separate, lower limits for abroad.
Cancellation conditions in summer & autumn (11. 6. – 18. 12. 2021)
Cancel or rebook free of charge up to 8 days before arrival
From 7 days before arrival, 90% cancellation fee of the total price will apply
No-shows and early departures will be charged 90% of the total price.
We are also happy to offer you cancellation insurance through our partner, European Travel Insurance. You can find further information here.
